The Ride on Ryan course is FAST and FLAT. The sprint triathlon course includes a 500 yard swim, 13.1 mile bike, and a 3.1 mile run. The sprint duathlon course includes a 1 mile run, 13.1 mile bike, and a 3.1 mile run.
