Rock & Run 2026 — Aromas, CA

Lace up your running shoes and join us for one of the most unique 5K events in California. For one day each year, Graniterock's historic Wilson Quarry opens its gates to the community, giving runners and walkers exclusive access to a working hard rock quarry that has helped build California for more than 126 years. As you make your way through the quarry, you'll travel past towering quarry walls, ancient granite deposits formed millions of years ago and some of the largest and most impressive construction equipment on the Central Coast. The Rock & Run 5K offers a rare behind-the-scenes look at a place few people ever get to experience. Along the route, you'll see firsthand how Graniterock combines modern mining, environmental stewardship and responsible land management to produce the materials that build and maintain our roads, homes, schools and infrastructure. Whether you're chasing a personal best, walking with friends and family or simply looking for a memorable outdoor adventure, Rock & Run is an experience unlike any other.
