Sprint Tri and Du! The only female only triathlon/duathlon in Louisiana! We believe there is an athlete in every woman, no matter how old or young, fit or not. Find your inner athlete and join us for a great spirited event where ladies rule. Triathlon Course includes a 100m pool swim, followed by a 12 mile bike route on River Road, and finishing with a 2 mile run through the Pointe Marie development. The Duathlon starts with the 1 mile run, then the same 12 mile bike as the Triathlon, with a final 2 mile run. USAT SANCTIONED RACE. NO REFUNDS, DEFERRALS and/or TRANSFERS for any reason, sorry. RKF reserves the right to cancel or modify the event based on inclement weather or other events that impact event safety (when the levee springs a leak).
