Inspired by the recovery principle of One Day At A Time (ODAAT), this challenge reminds us that progress is built one step, one mile, one day at a time. Here’s how it works: The course is a one-mile loop at Fellows Road Park. The terrain is a combination of pavement, gravel, and grass with very little elevation. Run or walk as many — or as few — loops as you choose within the 24-hour window. At 1:00 am, 12 hours after the race starts, the course direction will reverse. If you are on the course at that time, continue in your current direction. Switch to the new direction when you return to the Start/Finish line.
