Root Beer Kids Triathlon – Duluth, MN 2026

The Root Beer Kids race is the partner race for the Brewhouse Triathlon. It is for kids 6-14 and takes place on Sunday afternoon. 6-8 year olds: 50 yard Swim, 1.5 mile Bike, 1/4 mile Run (approx: 2:50 start) 9-11 year olds: 100 yard Swim, 2.5 mile Bike, 1/2 mile Run (approx: 2:10 start) 12-14 year olds: 200 yard Swim, 5 mile Bike, 1 mile Run (1:30 start) There will be in-person registration at The Barrel Room in the Fitger's complex across from the Brewhouse from 4-7pm on Saturday night. Cash, Check or Charge. There WILL be on-site registration for the Root Beer Kids Triathlon starting at 12:30pm on Sunday. Cost is $25 (plus appropriate insurance fee) before July 21st. $35 from then until the race. There is a separate $10 insurance fee payable to USAT as part of the registration process. This fee covers all USAT kids events throughout the year.
