Run 5 Feed 5 – 5K – Archdale, NC 2026

Run 5 Feed 5 is a 501c3 organization that hosts events throughout the year including a 5K walk/run in the Spring to fund programs that feed hungry children. Our mission started in 2013 with the hope of raising money and awareness for the dire childhood hunger problem in our communities. Right now in North Carolina, one out of every four children is going hungry, and our goal is to fight that statistic! Our efforts have expanded greatly over the past several years. We continue to fund the Backpack Pals program through COAT, who sends food home every Friday for local food insecure children. For the past 9 years, we have provided food delivery during the summer and extended breaks to over 500 children locally that would otherwise go hungry. We provide grants to schools in an effort to assist hungry children including assistance with lunch accounts.
