Run for Peace: Walk for Hope – Huntsville, AL 2026

This is our first annual Race/Walk to bring awareness to community violence. We are urging the community to focus on health and healing in all forms (physical and emotional). What is unique about our race is our Why: We are Breaking the Silence: It helps to break the silence and stigma surrounding domestic violence, encouraging open conversations and support for survivors. Empowering Survivors: Breaking the silence allows survivors to speak out and seek assistance, knowing they are not alone and that supportive resources are available. Preventing Abuse: Awareness prompts communities to extend support to survivors in meaningful ways, creating safe spaces and resource networks.
