Run With The Squirrels – Martinsville, IN 2026

**All Permits have been Approved...WooHoo! ** Well, one of our local beloved trail races of over 20 plus years has been laid to rest but it's time to pick up the torch and replace it with another. All the same distances, on the same trails, and in our beloved Morgan Monroe State Forest. Behold...... Run With The Squirrels (RWTS) ....Sunday April 26, 2026 (This is in no way sanctioned, presented, hosted, or affiliated, in any way with Hoosier Hikers Council) Distances of 5k, 10k, 10 mile and half marathon. It will be very similar in the fact it is low cost and low frills. No finisher medals, just the satisfaction that you did something amazing out in mother nature...WooHoo! There will be basic aid stations for the 10k, 10 miler, and 13.1 mile events. Race fee does not include a T shirt. This has been a request by numerous runners to decrease on waste.
