**This event has been cancelled** New Garden Friends School (NGFS) is the Triad’s only independent preschool–grade 12 school grounded in the long-held values and excellence of extraordinary Friends schools and we’re inviting the entire community to celebrate with us! Join us for NGFS’s Annual 5K Run/Walk (or intentional movement of your choice!) and 1-Mile Cubs Course , paired with a community festival full of fun for all ages . This joyful event is part of the NGFS Fund for Friends initiative, our most important fundraiser of the year, supporting field trips, service learning, athletics, and overnight experiences that bring learning to life. The morning kicks off with the Cubs Course, followed by the 5K Run/Walk. While runners and walkers are on the course, the celebration continues with family-friendly activities, games, and festivities throughout the campus.
