Mostly trail (80%), with a sprinkle of gravel, pavement, and a dash of sand. You'll pass tall pines, gentle lake breezes, and the occasional deer as you circle the peninsula. Each 6.8-mile loop gently winds through quiet woods, along lakeshore trails, and past cozy campsites—making it easy to check in with your crew, grab a snack, or sneak in a quick s’mores break. This is located about 150 meters from the main trail head entrance.
