San Mateo PAL in collaboration with Stride for Awareness present: PAL's 5K Run/Walk & 10K Run and Wellness Fair Join us May 30, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. - Noon at Seal Point Park i n San Mateo. This day is dedicated to supporting health and mental wellness, encouraging community partnerships and educating about diverse resources. 5K Run/Walk (Participation Fee) Start the day with a 5K Run or Walk through Seal Point Park. Strollers and dogs are welcome with mindfulness to other participants. Race t-shirt and finishers medal included in registration. 10K Run (Participation Fee) Kick-off the day with a 10K Run through Seal Point Park. ( 10K for runners only ). Race t-shirt and finishers medal included in registration. Stay after the 5K and 10K to attend our FREE Wellness Fair at Seal Point Park starting at 8:00 a.m. ****When registering for the 5K or 10K, you don't need to register for the Wellness Fair.
