The Sandhills Sasquatch is a repetitive 1-mile loop around the scenic Weymouth Woods Boyd Tract Loop in Southern Pines, NC. The route is a well maintained and well-marked trail that take you around the beautiful Weymouth Center property and past the oldest known living Long Leaf Pine Tree, estimated to be over 470 years old . The race is simple, complete as many 1-mile loops as you can in 4- hours! Or register for the three loop 5K option. The event will begin at 8AM Saturday October 17, 2026. The start line is located at Weymouth Woods Boyd Tract Loop in Southern Pines, NC https://maps.app.goo.gl/GdWd9jEghYeaeYkQ8 Packet pickup will be Friday night October 16, from 6-7 PM at Pace Yourself Run Company Downtown Southern Pines. 205 NE Broad St, Southern Pines, NC 28387. https://maps.app.goo.gl/i4L2bNjVpw8wGvQD6 Same day packet pickup will be available at the start line from 6:30am-7:30am.
