Welcome to the Spring 2026 Fit 5 Season! We are excited to welcome you to the Fit 5 Family! Fit 5 Runners is a program founded and run by certified educators who are also USATF-level track coaches. This is a professionally run program and not volunteer-based. Sessions will take place on most (but not all) Saturdays from 9:15–10:15 a.m. at the track at Gainesville Middle School. Scheduled Meeting Dates: April 11, 18, 25 May 9, 16, 23, 30 June 13, 20 No Sessions: May 2 and June 6 Most Saturdays will be practice-focused and include running drills, skill development, games, and instruction aligned with our five core standards. Select Saturdays will be designated as race days. A detailed weekly schedule will be emailed in advance to assist with planning. In the event of rain or severe weather, we will make every effort to offer a makeup session when possible; however, makeup days are not guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued for weather-related cancellations.
