Saving Grace 5K – Knoxville, TN 2026

Saving Grace is on a mission and needs your help! We are a women's home that aids women with faith based recovery from drug and abuse to influence positive life changing growth with a lifelong impact. If you can't join us in person on the day of the race, you may choose to participate in the virtual 5K opportunity by walking or running a course of your choosing while still supporting Saving Grace's mission. Our in person events include a 5K, 10K and 1-mile run/ walk event at Victor Ashe Park to raise funds for our local non-profit mission work. All 5 & 10K runners will receive a Race T-shirt, please sign up before May 25th to guarantee your shirt size! PACKET PICKUP: Pick up will be available race morning only from the Pavilion at Victor Ashe starting at 8:45am.
