Shadows of Lancaster Adventure Race 2026 — Lancaster, PA

Grab your bravest friends and hit the streets of Lancaster for a Halloween-themed scavenger hunt race unlike any other! We're teaming up with Rachel's Creperie once again to bring you a morning of adventure, mystery, and a few surprises as you explore Lancaster's haunted history, local legends, ghost stories, and darker side. Follow clues, solve challenges, and uncover hidden locations throughout the city as your team races to earn points and climb the leaderboard. Walk, jog, or run your way through the course—but leave the bikes, scooters, and other transportation at home. This is a foot race, and any team using transportation will be disqualified. This year's clues will feature a spooky twist, with help from our friends at Lancaster Vice, who are bringing some of Lancaster's most fascinating stories and hidden history to life throughout the race. 🏆 Teams will compete to accumulate location-based points, with prizes awarded to the top three teams. 📍 Start & Finish Location: Rachel's Creperie & Café 201 W. Walnut Street, Lancaster And when the race is over, stick around and enjoy canned cocktails available for purchase from our friends at Not Pizza, or have breakfast at Rachel's! 📏 Approximate Distance: 3.5 miles Whether you're racing for the win, competing with friends, or just looking for a fun and unique way to celebrate Halloween in Lancaster, this event is sure to be a hauntingly good time. 🎃 Costumes are encouraged. 👻 Teams of 3-5 people. 🕸️ Adventure is guaranteed.
