She Tris Sprint Triathlon, all women's events, are designed for women of all skill levels, ages and backgrounds to experience triathlons in an encouraging environment. Participants start at one side of the pool and snake their way up and down each lane as they work towards the other side of the pool. You will be provided with a swim cap if you choose to wear it.
