Register now for our first ever Skinny Mini Indoor Triathlon and Aquabike !!! From beginners to experienced triathletes, the Skinny Mini indoor triathlon is a great event for everyone. This event is short enough to give beginners an opportunity to test their endurance while giving experienced triathletes an off-season race to jumpstart their season. Register today! Participants will start with the swim segment in our 8-lane 25-yard pool, then move to a stationary bike in our cycling room and finish the triathlon on one of our treadmills. Indoor Triathlon Swim 15 minutes in lap pool Bike 25 minutes on a Keiser bike in our cycling room Run 20 minutes on Treadmill Indoor Aquabike Swim 15 minutes in lap pool Bike 25 minutes on a Keiser bike in our cycling room Kid's Indoor Triathlon (7 - 12 years of age) Swim 10 minutes in lap pool Bike 10 minutes on a Keiser bike in our gym Run 10 minutes on Treadmill There will be up to 8 participants in each Wave.
