Our Mission Camp Rio Blanco Circle of Friends stewards Camp Rio Blanco as a place where people of all ages can unplug, explore, and come together. This local camp now welcomes families, youth organizations, schools, churches, and community groups from across West Texas and the South Plains, expanding access to the land and experiences that have made Camp Rio Blanco special for generations.
