Activity type: Running, pushups, or weightlifting Difficulty level: Easy to Medium Challenge Requirements: • Wear your most patriotic gear when completing this challenge • Must post picture or video on social media with hashtag #pspsworkoutforacause AND • 22-mile race challenge adding up to a total of 22 miles.
