Mark Your Calendars! Join Us for the Sole Harvest 5K/10K, 1 Mile Walk, & Community Event! We're thrilled to announce the return of the Sole Harvest...now in its 13th year! Again this year, we're offering a 5K, 10K, 1-Mile Walk, and a fun Community Event – all to support the incredible Norristown Hospitality Center. Whether you're a seasoned runner, a casual walker, or just looking for a day of community spirit, we have something for everyone! Here's Why You Should Join Us: Support a Great Cause: All proceeds benefit the Norristown Hospitality Center, empowering those in Montgomery County who are facing challenges. They provide a safe haven, essential services, and hope for a brighter future for those experiencing homelessness and poverty. Something for Everyone: Choose your challenge – the 5K, 10K, or 1-Mile Walk. Then, enjoy the fun Community Event with food, activities, and a chance to connect with your neighbors. Important Note: In case of unforeseen health concerns, the event may transition online. Refunds won't be offered, but arrangements will be made for race materials and swag. See the course map here $100 Cash Prize for any new course records! 5K Course records: Male - 16:13 ● Female - 17:51 10K Course records: Male - 33:07 ● Female - 35:34 Both the 5K and 10K courses wind through the picturesque landscape of Norristown Farm Park. If you haven't experienced running at the Farm Park yet, you're missing out on a hidden gem. IMPORTANT: Anyone not completing the 5k in 45 minutes cannot run the 10k. Per park rules, we must begin taking the course down promptly and we don’t want people left on the course. SCHEDULE: 7:30 AM- Day-of registration/check-in opens 8:50 AM - Head to start line 9:00 AM - 5K/10K start 9:05 AM - 1 Mile Walk start 10:10 AM - Raffle and Award Ceremony
