This walk is more than just a 5K—it is a movement. Together, we will stand in support of individuals and families affected by depression, anxiety, suicide, trauma, and other mental health conditions while advocating for greater access to culturally responsive mental health care and wellness resources. Hosted by SoundMinds Psychiatry, this event will bring together community members, healthcare professionals, advocates, families, and supporters who believe that mental health deserves the same attention and care as physical health. Through education, connection, and community engagement, we aim to inspire meaningful conversations, encourage help-seeking behavior, and remind those who may be struggling that they are not alone.
