Spring 2026 Adult 5K/10K Training in Apex is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs. The class is 10 weeks long and is geared toward helping adults train for a 5K or 10K race: be it their first or as a veteran runner looking to improve their race time. All levels and paces are welcome! The class will include a detailed daily plan over the 10 weeks, with 2 coached group runs per week, suggested cross-training & strength training workouts, and Saturday group long runs. Cost of the class is $70. No refund or class credit if you drop the class after registering. If you have financial difficulty in affording a training class, please contact us. We have a donation program that can help out. Cost includes: 10-week training schedule, 2 coach-led group run workouts per week, email access to the coach throughout the program, 20% off discount at Pace Yourself Run Company (some restrictions apply), training class shirt, strength tr
