Spring 2026 Adult Run + Strength Training in Cary is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs. The class is 10 weeks long and is geared toward helping adults get/stay active with run workouts incorporating strength training. This class is great for beginners as well as seasoned runners. All levels and paces are welcome! The class will include a detailed daily plan over the 10 weeks, with 2 coached group runs per week, suggested cross-training & strength training workouts, and Saturday group long runs. Cost of the class is $70. No refund or class credit if you drop the class after registering. If you have financial difficulty in affording a training class, please contact us. We have a donation program that can help out. Cost includes: 10-week training schedule, 2 coach-led group run workouts per week, email access to the coach throughout the program, 20% off discount at Pace Yourself Run Company (some restrictions apply),
