The Spring Duathlon Series takes place at 9401 Raspberry Rd in Anchorage, Alaska on April 28, 2026, starting at 5:00 PM. This duathlon features a 10-mile run, 4-mile bike, and 7-mile run format, giving athletes a solid endurance test split across multiple disciplines. Entry fees range from $20 to $30, making it an accessible option for duathlon competitors. The late afternoon start time means you'll want to arrive early and plan accordingly for an evening race in Alaska. This "all pavement" Family duathlon (run/bike/run) is a blast for families, with a race distance for everyone! The race starts at Kincaid Park near the chalet, at the top of the Coastal Trail with a run around the old biathlon loop on paved trails. The transition area is near the start/finish line followed. Racers will bike around the new biathlon range loop, followed by one final run around the old biathlon loop. This duathlon is the only on pavement duathlon in Alaska. NEW: Please note, our adult wave is back with a NEW weekly run course announced at the event on trails, where you can expect an approx. 1.5-2mile loop! Our teens will run on the same course as the adults! WHO: Kids ages 4 up through Adults! WHERE: Kincaid Park, start is at the top of the Coastal Trail behind the chalet, in Anchorage, Alaska.
