In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re bringing the community together to highlight the positive impact of movement and support on overall well-being. We’ll be raising funds for NAMI Metro-Oakland, Wayne & Macomb, with donations accepted during registration and on-site. Connect with local mental health advocates, explore resources, and join an optional all-paces 3-mile run or 1.5-mile walk at 9:30 AM, with Mizuno demo shoes, refreshments, and a giveaway.
