Suds & Soles 5K – Rockville, MD 2026

Get ready for a great evening of fun at the Suds & Soles 5K! This race is presented through a partnership of the Montgomery County Road Runners Club and the City of Rockville. The 5K starts at 7:30pm and is open to all ages and will be followed by a fantastic post race party! Adults will be able to sample beverages from local breweries as well as enjoy other post-race refreshments. Proceeds from Suds & Soles will benefit the Rockville Recreation and Parks Foundation, Youth and Beginning Running Programs of MCRRC, and other charitable needs of the community. *Pricing: The 5K race (adult registration) will again feature tiered pricing -- register early & SAVE!
