Hosted by Martinsville on the Move in partnership with the Martinsville Summer Recreation Board , this event is more than just a race—it’s a celebration of summer, sports, and community. Join us as we welcome a new season of softball, baseball, and tee ball , while also showcasing new features at the Outdoor Recreation Complex , including the basketball and pickleball courts . Whether you’re chasing a PR, walking with friends, or cheering on your kids, there’s something for everyone at this family-friendly event. Event Highlights 5K Race: A mostly paved course with approximately 25% on the Woodlands and Martinsville Ridgelawn Biking and Hiking Trail 1-Mile Fun Run: A paved route on local roads for runners and walkers of all ages Kids Race: A fun lap around the outside of the baseball field Jamboree Activ
