Sunrise Triathlon OWS – Shreveport, LA 2026

Sunrise Open Water Triathlon Sprint and Olympic, Aquabike, and Duathlon Date: 7/12/2026 Location: American Legion Post 14 5315 S. Lakeshore Dr Shreveport, LA 71109 Distance: Sprint - 600 Yard Swim, 14 Mile Bike, 3.1 MILE Run Olympic - 1500 M Swim, 40 KM Bike, 10KM Run Duathlon - 1.5 Mile Run, 14 Mile Bike, 3.1 Mile Run Aquabike - 1500 M Swim, 40 KM Bike All competitors are REQUIRED to have a Current USA Triathlon license or purchase a USAT license in order to compete. Racing age is calculated as of Dec 31 of the current year. Please CONFIRM RACING AGE with Registration Volunteers. Event will be held Rain or Shine. Courses are marked, but it's the racer's responsibility to know the courses. Courses are measured with GPS and are not certified. Each participant will be issued an ankle chip, issued race day at registration area. All USA Triathlon Rules and Regulations in effect.
