Presented by Luke’s Legacy of Light Benefiting Cook Children’s Hospital Oncology Families in honor of LUKE SUTHERLAND-HAMILTON Luke Garrett Sutherland-Hamilton, 6 years old, was diagnosed on October 9, 2018, with a metastatic cancerous brain tumor, known as Medulloblastoma. Though he put up a valiant fight, he sadly left this world for a better one on November 9, 2018. Our goal with the Super Luke 5K is two-fold. First, we want to remember the sweet little boy we all knew and loved. Secondly, we want to spread awareness and raise funds to help other families fighting this terrible cancer. Let’s all work together to help children KICK CANCER TO THE CURB! The Kids’ Fun Run will begin at 9:00 A.M. with the 5K following. Check-in time will be 8:15-8:45 am. T-shirts will only be guaranteed on entrants signed up on or before August 28th. Late entries will have their shirts available for pickup by mid-October.
