About Us Mending The Gap Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a unique mission: Keeping seniors healthy, independent, and connected. Our vision is to provide personalized, one-on-one support struggling seniors, by making vital resources accessible and promoting long-term self-sufficiency. We do this through: Nutritious food, household essentials, personal care items and pet food delivery to atleast 700 seniors monthly Community engagement to reduce loneliness and isolation Technology education to help seniors thrive in a digital world Intergenerational connection, inspiring youth to uplift and support the elderly.
