Join us for a professionally timed 5K run or a 2K fun run/walk—then stay for a joyful community gathering and a pancake breakfast to celebrate together. Participants are encouraged to create a fundraising page or team to raise awareness and support for Empty Arms’ work. Thanks to the generosity of individual donors, team fundraisers, and business sponsors, the Stampede raises nearly 50% of the annual budget needed to serve bereaved families across Massachusetts, all year long.
