This faith-based ruck march is open to all people, regardless of fitness level, and will challenge participants physically and spiritually through team workouts and short devotional stops after each mile. GORUCK Event Format: • 5K Ruck March: Participants will complete a 5K (3.1-mile) ruck march while carrying a rucksack (backpack) with a prescribed weight.
