The Great Mamba Hike is more than just a walk through the park — it’s a fully supported endurance adventure through the heart of Shelby Farms Park designed to challenge your body, test your mindset, and show you exactly what you’re capable of. Whether you’re taking on your first 10-mile hike or pushing yourself all the way to a full marathon distance, this event is built for everyone from beginners to seasoned endurance athletes. Participants can choose from three distances: • 10-Mile Hike • 20-Mile Hike • 26.2-Mile Marathon Hike All distances will start and finish from the Beaver Lake Pavilion inside Shelby Farms Park, creating an exciting event atmosphere surrounded by lakes, forests, trails, and fellow hikers all working toward the same goal — finishing what they started.
