Welcome to the beautiful Town of Ticonderoga, NY. In our eighth year, rich in history and abundant in gorgeous natural resources, you will see why we LOVE this venue! Sprint,Olympic, and Double Ti Triathlon & AquaBike There are NO CUT-OFF TIMES on any event. Sprint athletes begin with a 750m swim in the crystal-clear waters of Lake George, then head out for a moderate, hilly 12-mile bike ride followed by a 5K run on the scenery-rich courses hugging the lake's shorelines. The Olympic participants will complete 2 loops of each course. What is the DOUBLE Ti? - Race the Sprint AND the Olympic Tri or AquaBike back-to-back. All athletes must finish the Sprint that begins at 7:00am and be back to the start line for the 9:00am Olympic. More swag and bigger bragging rights! Most say it is harder than doing a half and a lot more fun! Paratriathletes are welcome! Open to Relay Teams of 2 or 3. This is a USAT sanctioned event. All rules and regulations apply.
