Total HealthWorks – Movin’ It! 5K Run/Walk for Parkinson’s – Columbus, OH 2026

The 2026 Movin’ It! 5K Run/Walk will take place on November 1! David Zid expands the fight for brain health “All Together Now” – the Movin’ It! 5K Run/Walk Parkinson’s Disease now benefits the Alzheimer’s (AD) and Multiple Sclerosis (MS) communities. Total HealthWorks is expanding its programs to improve brain health, serve more people living with neurodegenerative conditions, and grow our facility. This year’s event will help our Total HealthWorks gym with growth, equipment, and updates so we can start more classes and help those afflicted with PD, AD, and MS. We are going cashless on race day! Please note that all race day registration will be cashless and all race day registration will be done online (no cash transactions).
