The Sprint Distance will consist of a 400 yard swim (single lane), 15.4 mile bike and a 5k run. The Mini Distance will consist of a 100 yard swim (serpentine), 4 mile bike and a 1 mile run. Awards Main Tri – Top M/F Overall, Top 3 M/F in each Age Group (12 and under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+), Top 3 Clyde, Top 3 Athena Main Tri Relay – Top 1 Relay Mini Tri – Top M/F Youth (19 and under), Top M/F Adult (20 and over), and Top 3 M/F in each Age Group (10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-45, 46+)
