Tri Everything Triathlon 2026 — Ambler, PA

The Tri Everything Triathlon is all-abilities adaptive event for children ages 3-22 years with physical, developmental, and/or intellectual disabilities. Our volunteers are eager to help your child swim, bike, and run their way to the finish line. Flotation devices and other adaptive equipment are welcome, and all children are required to wear a helmet for the bike portion. If your child is interested in participating but does not have the necessary supplies to be successful, please reach out to the race director, Melanie Fry, at trieverythingtriathlon@gmail.com , to see how we can support your athlete. What you should bring: Personal mobility equipment as needed: walkers, gait trainers, wheelchairs Bicycle (training wheels, balance bike, adaptive bikes, and scooters are welcome!) Swim equipment (floats, life jackets, towel for drying off after, etc.) What we will have: Buddies to partner with your athlete Volunteers to help with transfers between events Light snacks/water for athletes Swag bag (including t-shirt for those registered before t-shirt deadline) All race proceeds will benefit Help Hope Live's Adaptive Bike Fund, which helps gift individuals with disabilities adaptive bikes.
