Tri McConnell Indoor Triathlon – Columbus, OH 2026

Registration will open on April 1, 2026! Indoor Triathlon Swim 10 Minutes in 25 yard pool (4 feet depth) Bike 30 Minutes on stationary cycle Run 20 Minutes on treadmill. The combined time for the swim, bike and run is 60 minutes, plus two transitions. The first transition between the swim and bike is ten minutes and the second transition between the bike to run is five minutes. Each heat will have a maximum of 6 participants. Three lanes of the pool will be used, with two swimmers in each lane. After completing the swim segment participants will have a 10 minute transition time to change and move to the cycle room for the bike segment. The run segment is upstairs using the treadmills. Each participant will have 10 minutes for the swim, 30 minutes on the bike, and 20 minutes for the run, with the allotted transitions between activities.
