S print Triathlon distance Swim 300 yards/BIke 11.5 Miles/Run 3.1 Miles Olympic Triathlon Distance Swim 1500 yards/Bike 25 Miles/Run 6.2 Miles Sprint Duathlon Run 2 Miles/Bile 11.5/Run 3.1 Miles Olympic Duathlon Run 2 Miles/Bike 25 Miles/Run 6.2 Miles Aquabike Sprint or Olympic - Swim Bike Done! Take a swim in the Tennessee River with a short loop to give you a challenge but then a swoop back to the swim finish! The bike courses will bring you along Riverside Drive to East Knoxville and the beautiful rolling views of the route. The run will take you along the greenway and the river past the Star of Knoxville RIverboat launch, the Volunteer Landing past the Marina and back to the Riverside Park for a traditional PBR Finish! Schedule of Events: Saturday, June 13th - 5:30am Packet Pickup and Transition Opens 6:45am Athletes Meeting at Swim Start (Required) 7:00am Sprint Start (waves TBD) 7:15am Olympic Start (waves TBD) 8:15am Swim Cut off 9:00am Sprint Awards 10:30am Olympic Awards 11:00am Bike Cut off 12:00pm Time for lunch! Parking will be at Ned McWherter park under the bridge as well in an adjacent overflow lot.
