Our 2026 Youth Run Form Clinic is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs . Come join us for our Youth Run Form Clinic on Friday, June 5, 2026 from 6:30-7:30pm at the Mills Park Middle School track & field in Cary ! This 1-hour clinic is focused on teaching young runners ages 9–13 how to improve their running form, which is key to running efficiently and preventing injury. Along with run form, participants will learn essential dynamic warm-up drills and cool-down stretches to support safe and effective training—whether they’re just starting out or already logging miles. Led by a positive, experienced coach (RRCA and USATF certified), the clinic combines fun technique work and drills designed to help runners move with confidence and efficiency. Open to ages 9-13.
