Come out and burn some pre-turkey calories while working up an appetite for your Thanksgiving Day feast by running or walking the 16th annual Tryptophan Half Marathon, 10K, or 5K. WOW, 16 years is an amazing tradition! We are THANKFUL to all of YOU for coming out year after year. It is great to see family and friends come together from all over to create special memories on race day! So be THAT FAMILY on turkey day and run a 5K, 10K or Half Marathon run/walk. Half: Continues from the 10K U-Turn down past the Brookwood Target and returning to the finish line. PARKING: The Tryptophan 2026 race course utilizes a portion of the Brannon Crossing parking lot. For runner safety we ask that you park across the street at The Collection of Forsyth. If you park in Brannon Crossing you may get stuck until the race is over. Races start on time so be sure to allow plenty of time to park, pick up your packets, and get to the start!! Virtual and In-Person participants will receive a custom race bib, finishers medal and long-sleeve tee.
