The inaugural United We Run 5K takes you on a scenic course through Wilson, passing the iconic Vollis Simpson Whirligig Park and winding through our historic downtown. Along the way, you'll experience the charm, energy, and local flavor that make Wilson special—from unique shops to outstanding restaurants and breweries. Best of all, every step you take helps the United Way of Wilson County lift local families out of poverty. Your participation supports programs that provide families with the tools and resources they need to build a stronger, more stable future. Run with purpose. Celebrate community. Make a difference. Costumes are encouraged!
