With a 7:30 AM start, you'll want to arrive in Pulaski, Tennessee the evening before to settle into your hotel without rushing on race morning. The UT Southern Cross Country Camp takes place at 1238 E College Street and runs in late June, when Tennessee heat will be a factor in your training. Entry fees range from $50 to $90 depending on camp options. If you're looking to stay nearby, budget for accommodation within reasonable driving distance of the venue. Given the early start time and summer conditions, plan to get to bed early and hydrate well the night before. This camp format offers serious runners a chance to train at a collegiate level with structured coaching and peer athletes pushing similar paces.
