Choose your own adventure with three distances designed for everyone from first-time swimrunners to experienced endurance athletes: DISCOVER — 10K 4 swims • 4 runs Your introduction to swimrun. A shorter, approachable course that lets you experience the unique rhythm of swimming and running without committing to an all-day adventure. ADVENTURE — 20K 6 swims • 6 runs Ready to go farther? The Adventure course takes you deeper into the landscape, with more distance, more trails, and more time in the water. EPIC — 36K ~15 swims • ~15 runs • up to 4 lakes The full Vermont Swimrun experience. A long, challenging journey connecting multiple lakes and trails with roughly 15 transitions between swimming and running.
