This marks the 12th year of our empowering Virtual 5k event! Complete the 5k your way—walk, run, roll, swim, pedal, or even count your steps on the journey leading up to the big day. Whether outdoors or on a treadmill at home, the choice is yours to celebrate resilience and unity in the ostomy community. Gather your friends, family, colleagues, or fellow ASG members to honor this milestone together. Every step you take helps support UOAA’s vital mission.
