The AB Korkor Foundation is officially retiring the Five Fifty Fifty Run/Walk for Mental Health, a bold and inspiring initiative that began as 50 run/walks in 50 days across all 50 states. During the first two years of the event, the Foundation’s founder, Adel B. Korkor, personally ran in every one of the 50 events over 50 consecutive days, embodying the dedication, resilience, and urgency behind the Foundation’s mental health mission. As the Five Fifty Fifty chapter comes to a close, the Foundation is excited to introduce its next evolution: the Steps For Strong Minds 5K Run/Walk, a family-focused mental health event designed to be more accessible, community-centered, and welcoming to participants of all ages and abilities—continuing the movement forward, one step at a time.
