The Morehead-Rowan County Young Professionals Association invites you to join us on August 22, 2026, for the fifth annual Wag Woof Walk 5K in support of STAR (Saving the Animals of Rowan). Date: August 22, 2026 Time: Registration begins at 7:00AM and the race begins at 8:00AM Location: Rowan County Arts Center Lawn 205 E Main Street Morehead, KY 40351 The Wag Woof Walk 5K is not just a fun-filled event—it's an opportunity to support a worthy cause. By participating in the walk, you'll be helping STAR rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome animals in need right here in Rowan County. Here are just a few reasons to join us for this tail-wagging event: Make a Difference: Your participation directly supports STAR's efforts to save animals' lives and promote responsible pet ownership in our community.
