Wakefield Turkey Trot The Wakefield Track and Field Boosters club is excited to host our annual 5K Turkey Trot around Lake Quannapowitt this Thanksgiving! We are thrilled to host this much loved community tradition. All proceeds from the race support the Wakefield Memorial High School cross country and track and field programs. A full schedule of activities on Thanksgiving morning that end in time to get to the football game or put your turkey in the oven: Kids'Fun Run for 10 and under Costume contest Pre-race warm up Timed 5K ** Please bring your reusable water bottles! The town water truck will be there to fill them. Thank you! T-Shirts Shirt size guaranteed to all athletes registered by October 18th. Awards Top 3 Overall Age Group 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place runners Bib Pickup WHERE: The Savings Bank Community Room, 357 Main St, Wakefield WHEN: Saturday, November 21st - 8-10am Sunday, November 22nd - 1-3pm Monday, November 23rd - 6-8 pm Wednesday, November 25 - 11:30am-3pm Thursday, November 26th ( race day ) 6:30-7:45am at the red Wakefield Warriors tents
