The Child Abuse Prevention Council’s Suicide Prevention Team is thrilled to invite you to participate in our 9th annual Walk 4 Life event on September 5, 2026. Join us for CAPC’s Walk 4 Life—a free community event dedicated to remembrance, healing, and hope. This meaningful day honors families, friends, and communities who have lost someone to suicide, and reminds us all of one powerful truth: You are not alone. With each step, we move closer to raising awareness, breaking down stigmas, sharing resources, and creating safe spaces to ask for help. Lend your strength and steps to the cause. Join us on Saturday, September 5th at Victory Park, as we walk for those we’ve lost, for those who are silently struggling, and for a future built on support, compassion, and understanding. Let’s walk together—for healing, for hope, for life. Important Reminders: Day of Registration and Check In starts at 8:00 am on the day of the event.
