Join us for Trick-or-Trail, a fun-filled fall event featuring a 5K and 1-mile Fun Run on the scenic Sytz Family Trail System at the Warlick Family YMCA in Gastonia, NC! Whether you're a seasoned runner or looking for a family-friendly activity, we have something for everyone. The trail covers over 3 miles and is great for participants at all levels. Our 1-mile Fun Run is a relaxed, non-competitive event where participants join in for the joy of movement and community. 9:00 AM | 5K Trail Run 10:00 AM | 1-Mile Fun Run Costumes encouraged! Bring friends, family, and your pups! Must register by October 14th to be guaranteed a race t-shirt. TRICK-OR-TRAIL PARTY ZONE You don’t have to run to have fun at Trick-or-Trail. Come for the party! We’ll have a family celebration the entire time with bounce houses, games, music, and plenty of fall fun. Cheer on the runners, watch the mascot race, and enjoy activities for all ages.
